Product Care

Dishwasher safe

Separately hand wash your crystal with a soft sponge in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and use a lint-free drying cloth to avoid watermarks.  Carefully dry the glass foot and the stem. To dry the bowl – do not hold the glass by either the foot or stem- hold only the bowl of glass to dry the inside. Store your glassware upright.

All requests for replacements of damaged product must occur in writing within 48 hours of receipt by customer to concierge@annanewyork.com and must include photographs of the damage and returned in their original packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required on all return shipments. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
