When you complete your order, you will receive 2 different emails through our e-commerce partner. The first will be your order confirmation, with your order number. When your order ships, we will send a second notification that includes your UPS tracking number. If you cannot locate these emails, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you cannot locate your order confirmation email or your shipping information, or do not recall receiving them, and you would like an update on your purchase, please reach out to Fran Berger Living at email@example.com. We can search for your order details using your payment information or shipping address.
If you change your mind about an order, email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and request a cancellation. If the product has not been shipped, we will cancel your order. The charges may still appear on your card for a short time, because when you place a credit or debit card order, a pending authorization is created. If that order is canceled, it can take several business days for that authorization to be removed. If the charge has been completed, we will create a second refund transaction, which may take a few business days to appear on your account.
You should reach out to UPS and notify Fran Berger Living promptly. The carrier offers a claims process for packages that are lost or stolen between their origin and destination. If your package was stolen from your property after delivery, you should contact your local law enforcement agency. UPS and Fran Berger Living do not accept liability in these instances.
First, open the item details by clicking on the image of the product, or its name. You can add the item to your order by entering the number of the item you wish to buy into the Quantity box, and then clicking the Purchase button.
To shop for more items, close the cart screen and repeat the process described above to add more items to your cart.
While viewing your Cart, you can increase or decrease the quantity of the products you have chosen.
When you have finalized your selections, click the Checkout Now button. You will have the option to sign in, create an account, or checkout as a guest. Depending on which option you select, you will be prompted to complete several forms to provide us with your payment and shipping information.
After that, you will have the opportunity to review your order, payment, and shipping details a final time, and correct any errors. When everything is correct, click Pay Now.
You will see an order confirmation, including your order details. We will send this confirmation soon to the email address you provided at checkout, but you may also choose to save or print this page.
We will notify you if any of your selections are back ordered and send you a shipment confirmation as your items leave our facility.
Your shipment confirmation email will have your UPS tracking number. Within 24 hours of pickup from our facility, the UPS system can show you where your merchandise is. There is a short window of time between shipment label creation and package pickup, during which your tracking number might not return any data. Check back in a day or two for updated information.
FBL products make excellent gifts. Currently, we cannot separate items to ship to multiple addresses, so you will need to place gift orders separately. On the product page check the appropriate box to mark the item as a gift. After adding the item to your cart, you will be prompted to add the To & From and Message. We will include your message in the package, handwritten on quality cardstock.
While we do not offer gift-wrapping services, rest assured that each item is beautifully packaged by the manufacturer. We never include price information in our shipping materials.

We can accept only one shipping address for each order. Please place a separate order for each delivery location.
All products are beautifully and securely enclosed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and safely packed in shipping boxes with appropriate packing material to protect them in transit. Each order will contain a packing slip, indicating the items included in the shipment, but this slip will not include pricing details. If you indicated that your purchase is a gift, we will enclose a card with your requested message.
Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of our products and logistical considerations, we cannot offer return or exchange services.

If your order has not yet departed our facility, we can change the quantities of items or the shipping destination. If our shipping partner has departed with your order, we cannot make any modifications. Please understand that the window of time available for order changes is very small, and it is possible that we will not receive your request in time.

An authorization hold for the entire amount of your order is placed on your credit or debit card account when you place it. This is not a charge to your card. When we ship your merchandise, the card is charged.

We compute the appropriate sales tax for the state listed in the shipping address of your order. Over time, residue from detergent or minerals from your water can build up and leave a haze or spots on your glassware. While these deposits are not harmful, they are unsightly, and are best addressed early.
Mix a solution of 1 cup of white vinegar to 1 gallon of warm water. Gently submerge your crystal and let it soak for 15 minutes to an hour. Using a soft sponge or lint-free cloth, gently rub the film off the inside and outside of the glass, being careful to hold it by the bowl, not the stem or foot. Rinse the glassware thoroughly and dry it completely with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. Coffee filters are excellent for this task.
If you have hard water, we suggest you repeat this cleaning once a year, or more frequently, depending on how often you use and wash your crystal.
If you have a white spot that does not go away, you can make a salt and vinegar paste to help remove it. Moisten ½ teaspoon of table salt with a few drops of white vinegar so it clumps together. Using your fingertip, apply the paste gently to the spot and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Then, rinse and dry as above.
Do not use abrasive brushes or products, as they can permanently damage your glassware.
We do not recommend using your dishwasher for cleaning crystal glassware. There is an increased risk of breakage, and the detergents and high temperatures can cause permanent etching. We recommend hand washing and drying only.
AFTER USING: First, rinse the glasses in warm water to remove any remaining beverage. Apply some gentle liquid dish soap to a damp soft sponge or lint-free cloth. Holding the bowl of the glass, gently wipe the inside and outside of the bowl, the stem, and the foot. Pay special attention to any waxy lipstick residues on the lip of the glass. Rinse well in warm water, and dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth. You can use paper towels if they are lint-free, or try coffee filters.
We recommend that the cloth items you use to care for your crystal be reserved for this task, and not used for other cleaning. This will ensure your glassware is not damaged by cleaning products or dirt particles that can become embedded in the fibers.
We also recommend that you do not wear rubber dishwashing gloves while you clean your crystal. This will allow you to feel the water temperature, ensuring it is not too hot, and to maintain a better grip on the beautiful but delicate glassware.
AFTER STORING: If your crystal has not been used in a while, it is likely to collect dust, even if it is inside a cabinet. Do not wipe this dust off with a cloth, as the microparticles can cause scratching, which will result in a permanent haze. Instead, rinse the dust off the glassware with warm water, and wash and dry as described above.
Lines, or cords, occur in finished crystal due to density differences that happen during the manufacturing process, while the glass is in liquid form. These almost-invisible gradations sometimes appear due to their different light refraction properties, but are impossible to see when the glassware is filled. This is not a flaw, but a natural effect of the artisanal nature of the product.
Miniscule bubbles, smaller than the head of a pin, can occur during the handcrafting of molten crystal. They do not affect the strength or quality of the glassware, and if they are completely on the interior of the crystal, are not considered flaws. A bubble that is open to the air, creating a small divot or hole, is not desirable. We carefully quality check our products to exclude these from our collection.
The images you view online will be subject to your monitor size, resolution, and color settings. We offer high-definition images with zoom capability, so you can get the best possible view of our products, as well as detailed dimensions. In your home, the lighting and surrounding objects will also influence your perception of a product’s color, luster, and even size. We will do everything we can to make sure that the merchandise you order is of the highest quality, so it will be as beautiful as you hoped.
