Chefs can get really particular about the things we use often. I adore Boos cutting boards, online at Johnboos.com. I really think they’re the best. The company has been around since 1887 and they make these fantastic solid wood cutting boards that don’t damage my knives – and that’s another thing I’m particular about! These are easy to clean with just soap and water – never put them in the dishwasher. Once a month I rub mine with their Mystery Oil, let it sit overnight, then wipe off the excess in the morning. Take good care of them and they’ll last forever.
