Shipping + Returns

Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. After processing, the following delivering options are available: 

Ground Delivery: Arrives 5-7 business days of shipping from our warehouse

Express Delivery (recommended): Confirmed orders require 48 hours of processing in the warehouse and will then be shipped in 2 business days.

Orders ship via UPS for ground and 2nd day shipments. Delivery times are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated time is calculated from the moment the shipping confirmation is sent.

All glassware collection sales are final.

For the remainder of our products, you can contact orders@franberger.com to request a return authorization within 7 days of your merchandise’s arrival. We can accept returns of products only in their original packaging.
